South Section

The south section of Milano Santa Giulia is the neighbourhood almost entirely completed and is characterised by its strong integration with the city of Milan, easily connected with downtown (MM) and with the entire metropolitan area, thanks to closeness to Rogoredo train station and highway system.

The south area is an open and lively neighbourhood, in which live 1.800 families and work more than 4.000 persons. The new neighbourhood is provided with efficient and quality services, and it is full of events and opportunities for leisure activities both for residents and citizens of Milan.

The south area includes:

a new residential area of 1.400 apartments;
a new business centre with Sky European Headquarter (3 buildings, 60.000 sq.m.);
Parco Trapezio, an equipped park beside the residences;
Promenade, a pedestrian street for shopping and entertainment, full of bars and restaurants.

In the area next to the train station, two new office buildings will be developed Business Centre Area Sud  (currently under construction) that will complete the business centre.
The new buildings are designed according to LEED GOLD CS 2009 LEED Neighbourhood Development standards and combine environmental sustainability, smart working, together with modern and functional design.
